Customer Service Representative

Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or cancellations to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools. Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues through effective communication and analysis skills. Experience Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and outbound calling campaigns enhances your effectiveness in this role. Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies will help you excel in engaging customers positively.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
