This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting sales and operations. Training is provided. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers commission opportunities for opening new accounts and cross-selling to existing customers. Compensation $41,000

Augustine, FL Key Responsibilities Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, pricing, and order entry Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Generate sales through new account development and cross-selling opportunities Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, art, production, and accounting Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Support accounting and production teams with questions related to current projects Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Essential Skills Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency Proactive problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Creative and solutions-driven mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, or manufacturing is preferred Language and Mathematical Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies and procedures Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers Ability to calculate prices, discounts, and basic figures accurately Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation after 6 months Paid Training Commission Opportunities About Menu Designs Menu Designs is a premier manufacturer of custom-branded products for the hospitality industry.
