Job Description

Our Store Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the entire store's daily production and manage the store's revenues and costs while ensuring the quality standards of Oceanside Cleaners.
Duties:
Open and close the store and perform the necessary daily paperwork Create a weekly staffing schedule for store employees Manage employee's Time off request & Submit to HR Monitor supplies and place orders when supplies are needed Manage weekly inventory reports Manage change orders Manage specialty accounts Manage daily Store Production Workflow Manage all CCR Production Reports Daily/Weekly, Communicate Bonuses to HR Train staff members on any improvement opportunities Supervise training for CCRs Conduct weekly/ monthly CCR meetings Conduct yearly employee reviews Authorize claims under $300 Maintain a Clean & Organized Store, Manage Quarterly deep cleans Collect F.O.R.D. on your staff & help build them to their full potential All additional duties listed under "customer service representative" and "team leader" What we're looking for:
Leadership Skills :
You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees. A successful store manager is a good leader.
Time Management :
The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and grasp new concepts quickly is a must. You will need to be able to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done.
Decision-Making Skills :
Whether it is dealing with employees, customers, management or vendors, you will have to make decisions that affect the company. Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to your success
Speaking and Writing :
Store managers do a lot of communicating. This might be one-on-one to a customer, in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. Great verbal communications and writing skills are a must in any of these scenarios
Customer Service Skills :
How you interact with customers is crucial for repeat business, employee morale and the health of the company. Great customer service skills are a must-have to help you solve issues before they become problems, and help create customer loyalty.
