Customer Representative:

Greet and assist customers and potential customers in-store with questions about their accounts, plans, and services Help customers understand their bill, resolve basic account issues, and explain available options Answer questions about new products, plans, and promotions Guide walk-in customers through account setup, upgrades, and service changes Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and account updates Work alongside your team to make sure every customer leaves with their questions answered
