Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Handle cash, credit, and debit payments responsibly Assist customers with shipping services, including packing, labeling, and tracking packages Provide information on shipping options, pricing, and delivery times Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus Basic math and computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Work Environment:

Retail setting with frequent customer interaction Team-oriented atmosphere

Schedule:

Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
