In this role, you'll assist customers with missing, damaged, or worn-out components, identify correct replacement parts, and process orders accurately from start to finish. You'll utilize product knowledge, assembly expertise, and a hands-on approach to guide customers through troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements, ensuring every interaction concludes with a confident and satisfied customer. Key Responsibilities Spare Parts & Technical Support Serve as the main contact for all spare part inquiries, replacements, and troubleshooting. Help customers identify the correct components using product diagrams, manuals, and internal systems. Diagnose and resolve issues involving missing, damaged, or worn parts. Explain assembly or installation steps and guide customers through simple fixes. Track frequent part requests to help improve inventory accuracy and product design feedback. Handle warranty replacements and document resolutions. Customer Service Provide prompt, friendly support via phone and email. Communicate clearly about part availability, pricing, and shipping timelines. Follow up to confirm successful replacements and positive outcomes. Build long-term relationships with recurring customers and accounts. Order Processing Enter and process part orders in Shopify, Seller Cloud, or similar platforms. Verify lead times, pricing, and product details before fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Maintain organized records of all quotes, orders, and communications. Sales Support Prepare quotes for both spare parts and new equipment as needed. Identify upsell opportunities during service interactions. Keep an updated sales log with follow-ups and revenue tracking. Research and reach out to potential new customers in Florida and beyond. Team Collaboration Work closely with warehouse staff to confirm inventory and resolve backorders. Communicate with designers or technical staff to verify part specs. Coordinate with vendors for special orders or discontinued parts. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or parts support (fitness or equipment industry preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to understand assembly diagrams and identify parts. Proficiency with Shopify, Seller Cloud, or similar order systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with fitness equipment and gym layouts is a plus.
