Monday-Friday :
7:15 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday :
7:45 AM - 4:00
PM Sunday:

Life:
As our Express Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face customers trust when it comes to their vehicles. From the moment they drive in, you'll take the reins, ensuring everything flows smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:
Welcome Customers:
Greet each customer with a smile and make them feel at ease. Get it
Right:
Listen carefully and accurately document vehicle concerns on repair orders.
Help Them Decide:
Explain any repairs or maintenance needs clearly and honestly, always keeping their best interests in mind.
Keep Things Moving:
Dispatch vehicles to mechanics and manage the Drive Lane for an efficient workflow. Be the
Expert:
Provide cost estimates, verify insurance, and conduct vehicle inspections or test drives when needed.
Follow Up:
Set clear expectations for follow-up and keep customers in the loop throughout the process.
