Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions with professionalism. Process orders, data entry, and account updates accurately using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM software. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer needs or promote new services or products. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure seamless service continuity. Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a welcoming call center environment. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to connect with more clients. Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with excellent phone etiquette. Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Outbound calling experience coupled with analysis skills to interpret customer needs and improve service strategies.
