Are you looking for more than just a typical receptionist job? We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Customer Support Agent to serve as the front line for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Communication:

Confidently manage a high volume of daily customer interactions via phone and support emails (handling 30+ inbound calls and 30+ outbound/follow-up calls daily).

Technical & Account Support:

Provide Level 1 technical support, handle billing inquiries, answer general account questions, and assist with general customer service requests.

Scheduling & Dispatch:

Coordinate technician schedules and create accurate work orders to ensure smooth field operations across our 7 regional offices.

Customer Relationship Management:

Deliver warm, friendly, and reliable service that leaves customers feeling valued and supported.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a fast-paced, highly active internal team to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.

Comfort with software, digital tools, and basic troubleshooting is key. We need someone who is tech-literateor eagerly ready to lean into learning new technologiesand picks up software platforms quickly.
