Your Role:

As a Retention/Collections Resolution Specialist , you will use your superior customer service and sales skills to educate home warranty customers on the value of our services and retain their business .

You will be responsible for:

Achieving and exceeding cancellation/retention goals by engaging with customers and overcoming objections. Demonstrating superb listening skills and handling each call with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Effectively reiterating the value of being a Choice Home Warranty policyholder and the benefits of our services. Using problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience . Showcasing your ability to influence and resell the value of our warranty services. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system while managing multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

Retention/Sales Experience:

2+ years of experience preferred.

Customer Service Experience:

2+ years of experience preferred.

Strong Communication Skills:

Both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and influence.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient with computers and CRM systems, with strong keyboarding skills.

Multitasking Talent:

Ability to type while talking and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Aptitude for handling objections and crafting creative solutions.
