Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Promote and upsell products or services to customers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and providing accurate change.
• Knowledge of technology sales is a plus.
• proficiency is an asset.
• Experience in retail sales is desirable.
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Ability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience.

Retail Sales Worker Needed:

Required tasks include but not limited to: working a cash register, being a team player, and punctuality .

• E-Cig/Smoke & Vape Shop experience is a plus
• We are open 7 days a week so strongly looking for someone to be flexible with schedule.
