Job Description

Client Services Associate Tampa, FL Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:30pm | On-site Supporting Clients. Strengthening Relationships. We're looking for a Client Services Associate to support day-to-day client relationships and help ensure requests, account information, and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll help coordinate information, resolve routine issues, and keep client accounts and communications organized. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for client requests and inquiries Maintain accurate client and account information Coordinate requests with internal departments Track follow-ups and outstanding client requirements Prepare and manage client documentation Provide updates and information to clients Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications Assist with account updates and routine administrative processes Identify issues and escalate them when appropriate Maintain professional and timely client communication What You'll Bring Previous experience in client services, customer support, account coordination, administration, sales support, or relationship management is helpful. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and professional judgment are important. You should be comfortable working with business clients, managing multiple priorities, and using standard office systems. Training will be provided on company systems and processes.
