We are seeking a dynamic Mobile Service Advisor to act as the primary link between our clients and our mobile technician fleet. In this role, you will manage logistics, guide customers through repair recommendations, and ensure a seamless, high-end service experience right at their home or office. Mobile Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Customer Intake & Scheduling:
Manage booking for mobile technician fleets, coordinating time slots and gathering vehicle details over the phone or via digital channels.
On-site Logistics:
Plan technician routes, ensuring teams have the necessary parts, diagnostic tools, and materials to complete jobs off-site.
Diagnostics & Estimating:
Communicate vehicle issues identified by technicians, translate complex mechanical terms into plain language, and prepare detailed cost and time estimates.
Authorization & Billing:
Secure customer approval for necessary repairs, process payments, and handle warranty validations.
Status Updates:
Provide proactive communication to customers regarding the progress of their mobile service or repair.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus Ability to identify the problem quickly Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly attitude
Automotive Knowledge:
Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, routine maintenance, and parts.
Customer Service:
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to build trust and ensure high satisfaction.
Organization & Tech Savviness:
