As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of the company, providing an amazing experience from start to finish. Positive connection, empathy, fact finding, and data entry are essential to your success. Your responsibilities will include scheduling customers for service needs, calling our existing customers to offer amazing promotional opportunities, clear and accurate data entry, and fully committed to customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities include:

• Inbound call taking
• Incentivized outbound call campaigns
• Scheduling service requests
• Data entry/email and chat communication
• Book leads we receive from multiple outlets.

Office Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM with varying shifts
• Rotating Saturday shift
• Rotating after-hours shifts

Education:

• Highschool or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Customer Service for the trades: 1-3 years (Required)

Call Center:

1-3 years (Required) This is not a work from home position

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
