Gather basic info and schedule consultations with our tax pros. Keep our CRM organized (because chaos belongs in action movies, not our pipeline). Set the tone for a stress-free, friendly experience from the very start. ⭐ What You Bring A smile that can be heard through the phone. Ability to stay cool when callers are… not. Strong communication skills (bonus points if you can explain things without sounding like a robot). Attention to detail—especially when typing names like "Christopher" and "Kristofer" back to back.
