Duties Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring every interaction is positive and solutions-oriented Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management with clarity and professionalism Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools like Microsoft Office Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining precise records Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall client experiences Skills Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English plus additional languages to serve diverse customer needs Strong sales aptitude to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for supporting a broader client base Exceptional customer support skills combined with effective communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy for daily tasks Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively Knowledge of call center best practices including call handling, phone etiquette, and conflict resolution Ability to perform data entry accurately with fast typing speeds and attention to detail Experience with cash handling procedures ensuring secure transactions Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable customer experiences! Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
