Call Center Specialist

Immediate need for a Call Center Specialist for our client located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Looking for:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while on a call
• Time management and ability to handle high call volumes
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes Job Requirements
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (8:15am-5:00pm, M-F w/ 30 min lunch)
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Dress code: business casual with close-toed shoes

Pay Rate:
