Expand your technical and analytical skills with exposure to advanced 3D modeling software and proprietary systems. What's a typical day as Senior Customer Service Representative? You'll be: Creating and managing cases within a proprietary system to support the production of Pre-Operative Plans. Reviewing CT scans to ensure protocol conformity and segmenting them using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models. Developing surgical plans for robotic hip and knee replacements, reviewing and ensuring plan accuracy, and uploading finalized plans for field personnel. Documenting all activities meticulously according to prescribed methods and maintaining strict adherence to established work instructions. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of a high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Possess proficiency in English and demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (SharePoint experience is a plus). Are detail-oriented, able to follow precise instructions, and thrive in a team-focused, production-driven environment. Are able to work fully onsite in Weston, FL.
