Job Description

Call Taker - Inbound $14.05/hr.
LOCATION
Wildwood, Florida
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!
TRAINING
SCHEDULE
Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm
WORK SCHEDULE POST TRAINING
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 8am-4pm. Days off Thursday and Friday Essential Job functions: 1. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, take messages or scheduling appointments. 2. Inputs various data into computer using word-processing based software. Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information from a computer. 3. Performs routine office duties including, but not limited to, research and retrieval of records. 4. Regular Attendance required 5. Non Smoking environment
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma One (1) year general clerical Call Center, or customer service experience Experience answering multi-line phone Valid Florida Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the insurance provider.
