Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via face to face meetings at customer's place of residence.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the database
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional products or services
Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
