This is a full-time, on-site position offering a starting pay of $16 - 17 per hour. The ideal candidate enjoys working with multicultural students, provides excellent support, and ensures a positive student experience throughout their academic journey. Responsibilities:

Manage and organize student files Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations across school departments Ensure all policies and procedures are properly implemented; develop new ones as needed to maintain compliance Maintain a reliable and consistent student attendance process, including checks and balances Advise and support students regarding their academic status, providing guidance and solutions to their concerns Prepare and conduct orientations and general meetings to inform students about school expectations and their academic and attendance responsibilities Attend weekly staff meetings (as applicable) Perform other duties as assigned by the Student Services Coordinator Suport to review and coordinate student placement into classes based on oral tests and results Provide support to other departments and assist with activities as needed

Requirements:

English fluent (required) Portuguese fluent (required) Spanish is a strong plus (bilingual/trilingual preferred) Experience in call center, customer service, or enrollment is highly valued. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Must work on-site in Orlando (full time, no remote).
