  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, combining exceptional customer service skills with proactive sales strategies. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse customer needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales acumen while providing outstanding support to our valued clients across various industries. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels, including cold calling, B2B outreach, and territory management to generate new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling and cross-selling solutions. Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach within assigned territories. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms that align with company objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and territory sales strategies that maximize outreach and conversion rates. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with experience in territory management and sales leadership roles. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, analysis skills, and product demos that influence purchasing decisions. Background in customer service, retail sales, or inside sales is highly desirable. Experience in cold calling, direct sales approaches, and upselling techniques to expand client portfolios. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and lead generation is a plus.
