Experience:

QuickBooks & Customer Support Specialist:

Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services. Order entry. Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone. Light follow up on customer payment status. Creating documents. Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS Excel, and MS Word on a daily basis.

QuickBooks & Customer Support Specialist:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Must have excellent time management skills. Ability to work within a small team.

QuickBooks & Customer Support Specialist:

Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field. Able to provide 2 professional references. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
