Job Overview Join our friendly team as a Front Office Customer Service Associate at our dry cleaning and laundry facility in Acworth/Kennesaw. 1. Strong Customer Service Skills Warm, friendly, and able to greet customers consistently Patient with frustrated customers. Able to explain services, pricing, and turnaround times clearly Professional phone etiquette 2. Attention to Detail Accurately tagging and entering orders Matching garments to the correct customer Noticing stains, damages, or special instructions Double‑checking counts (shirts, pants, household items, etc.) 3. Reliability & Punctuality Shows up on time every shift Dependable during busy mornings and weekend rushes Can be trusted to open or close the store properly 4. Ability to Work in a Fast‑Paced Environment Handles multiple customers at once Stays calm during rush hours Quickly learns POS systems (CleanCloud, etc.) 5. Professional Appearance & Cleanliness Represents the brand well Maintains a clean front counter and lobby Understands the importance of garment care and presentation 6. Basic Computer & POS Skills Comfortable using CleanCloud or similar systems Can process payments, create orders, and update customer profiles Learns new features quickly 7. Problem‑Solving Ability Handles missing items, stains, or customer complaints with confidence Knows when to escalate issues to management Offers solutions instead of excuses 8. Strong Communication Skills Clear verbal communication Can relay special instructions to the back‑of‑house team Keeps notes on customer preferences 9. Trustworthiness Handles cash and credit card transactions responsibly Respects customer privacy Follows store policies consistently 10. Positive Attitude & Team Player Works well with pressers, cleaners, and delivery drivers Join us in delivering top-notch customer experiences while working in a lively, supportive atmosphere.
