Back To Results Client Services Director Job Description Client Services Director - Financial Services Industry Duties include the following: Develop and implement educational programs to instruct clients on important topics including the market and economy Create standard, branded client documents to support the client lifecycle (onboarding, data gathering, annual review, etc.) Develop marketing plans and manage marketing projects to build business with target households, based upon available resources Assist financial advisor in identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with centers of influence such as tax preparers and attorneys Create, proofread, edit professional presentations for client use Define social media approach; create and deliver social media content Create client service schedule for each client to ensure proper attention is given to each household based upon their target level of service Assist current Client Service Associate as needed to provide service solutions to existing clients (open new accounts, change address, process distributions, etc.) Manage calendar and travel on a weekly basis Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required

Additional Skills and Requirements:

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Mastery of Microsoft applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Willingness to learn new suite of software Able to build relationships with clients Act with a "service first" mentality, joyfully helping clients as needed Base salary 42k-45k plus bonuses.
