In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving high-end sales and building lasting relationships. Your expertise in B2B (business-to-business) sales, negotiation, and inventory management will help us expand our reach and enhance customer satisfaction. Multilingual skills and experience in dealership or retail environments will give you a competitive edge as you engage with diverse clients across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales acumen, organizational skills, and passion for customer service in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Duties Engage with customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and face-to-face interactions to promote products and services Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing high-end deals Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage inventory, and monitor sales progress Conduct effective negotiations to maximize upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Support the sales team with inventory control, retail math calculations, and market analysis to optimize sales strategies Deliver compelling public speaking presentations to showcase product features and benefits at events or dealership meetings Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales within dealership or retail environments Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales and upselling products or services Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and customer service expertise Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, marketing strategies, and inventory control is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us as a Customer Specialist where your enthusiasm for sales combined with your dedication to outstanding customer service will make a real difference!
