Responsibilities 1- Installs and maintains computers, printers and other peripheral devices. 2
- Installs and maintains computer software and hardware. 3
- Prepares video conferencing equipment of classes and conferences. 4
- Installs and provides maintenance and training for classroom technologies. 5
- Installs, troubleshoots and maintains VOIP telephone systems. 6
- Provides technical assistance to faculty, staff and students. 7
- Responds to help requests received by telephone, by email and in person and resets passwords. 8
- Assists A/V technician as required. 9
- Performs related duties as assigned.
