Appliance EMT is looking for a Russian-speaking Dispatcher to join our growing team. You'll spend most of your day working directly with our appliance repair technicians , helping manage their schedules, answering questions, handling changes, and making sure they have what they need to keep their day moving. Some of our technicians speak Russian, so you must be able to speak and understand Russian. You do not need to read or write Russian. What You'll Do Communicate with technicians throughout the day Manage and adjust technician schedules Dispatch technicians to service appointments Help technicians with questions and job information Solve scheduling issues as they come up Communicate with customers when needed Keep appointments and records accurate What We're Looking For Speaks and understands Russian Strong English communication skills Organized and good at multitasking Calm when things get busy or plans change Dependable, positive, and coachable Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Experience is great, but attitude, communication, and reliability matter just as much.
