Position Summary The Customer Service Representative II serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role works closely with Executive Sales, Production, Quality, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders and verify pricing, shipping, and billing information. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, billing, and shipping issues. Coordinate order fulfillment, monitor delivery status, and communicate updates to customers. Support sales activities, maintain customer records, and generate routine reports. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills with accurate data entry abilities.
