Job Description

We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! Compensation:
$42,500
Responsibilities:
Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
Qualifications:
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills About Company Jason Templeton State Farm will strive daily to provide customer service above and beyond our customers' expectations.
