What You'll Do Receive customer orders and accurately enter them into the company database. Review orders for accuracy and keep customer and order records up to date. Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and outstanding needs. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met. Collaborate with internal departments to keep orders moving smoothly.
