Duties Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and positive engagement Assist customers with account information, product details, and service options using strong communication skills and active listening Handle data entry tasks accurately, updating customer records and transaction logs efficiently within our systems Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests maintaining professionalism and call etiquette Process cash handling transactions accurately when applicable, ensuring proper documentation and security measures are followed Collaborate with team members to resolve issues swiftly, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and suggest improvements Requirements Some Saturday work is required Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous Strong communication skills Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently and professionally Experience in customer service, client relations, or sales roles that involve active listening and problem-solving Assist clients in a retail setting Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional service!
