Full-Time (40 hours per week) Days position will work: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Population :

I/DD individuals Location(s) this position will serve: Muscogee County, Harris County, and Talbot County Under general supervision, the candidate will work with the I/DD population and will: Build manipulative skills Complete daily tasks Assist with personal hygiene as needed Assist with lunch prep and cleanup Complete daily documentation on the daily activities for each individual on caseload. Provide direct training of basic personal and social skills and may provide simple work skills in a supported employment environment. Assist with basic assessments to determine functional abilities. Use observational skills to remain aware of behavior and physical conditions. Other duties may be assigned. In addition, the candidate must be caring, responsible, dependable, respectful, and understanding.

Minimum Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) , Must have a personal, insured vehicle, as transporting is a part of this position. At least two (2) years of experience in the field or working with the I/DD population.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
