This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly under pressure, and has a genuine passion for horses and customer care. This position can be very busy, with a high volume of calls, texts, and emails throughout the day—but it is also incredibly rewarding. You'll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and our team, and yes, you may even get the occasional opportunity to play with horses during your workday and witness some pretty cool veterinary procedures. Prior equine experience is required. Position Overview Under the guidance of the Equine Office Manager, our Receptionist team serves as the primary point of contact for customers. You will handle appointment scheduling, horse owner/trainer communications, and administrative coordination for both in-hospital and farm-call services. This role requires strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional— especially when customers are facing emergency situations involving their horses.
