Overview Join our True South Moving dynamic team as a Customers Service Representative and become a vital part of helping customers transition smoothly to their new spaces! This energetic role involves working in a small high volume call center booking jobs, estimates, helping cusotmers with issues, staff assignment, emails, documentation reciew and prepare, and more. You'll be the driving force behind efficient moves, ensuring every item is handled safely and securely. Maintain accurate records of items loaded and unloaded, ensuring all shipments are accounted for Help with all aspects of the day to day. Communicate professionally with customers to coordinate delivery or pickup times and address any special handling requests Skills Proven experience in customer serivce, high volume call centers, or taking initiative Customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
