What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and parents over the phone Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Schedule appointments according to office protocols and provider availability Build positive relationships with patients and families through clear, friendly communication Accurately document all patient interactions and information Make appointment reminder calls and assist with scheduling updates Communicate office policies and procedures effectively Meet quality and performance standards using call scorecards and established metrics What We're Looking For Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply (a plus, but not required) Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Why Join Tebo Dental?
