Service Advisor Required:
Collision Center/Auto Dealership Experience Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Collision Center in Dallas, GA is seeking a Collision Center CSR / Service Advisor, WITH Collision Center/Auto Dealership experience, to join our team! We're looking for a customer-focused professional who understands the collision repair process , communicates confidently with customers and insurance companies, and can keep repairs moving smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do As our Collision Center CSR/Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process .
Responsibilities include:
Guide customers through the auto body collision repair process Answer questions and provide repair updates Schedule repairs and generate repair orders Open and maintain accurate repair orders using CCC ONE Coordinate repairs with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies Assist with insurance documentation and claim communication Resolve customer concerns and complaints Review invoices with customers Provide administrative support to the Collision Center Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and CSI scores Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish
We're Looking For:
REQUIRED
Previous collision center or automotive dealership experience Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient with computers and able to learn software systems Experience with CCC ONE is strongly preferred Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive, dependable team player
