Goddard Mason Executive Search (a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, inc.) has a wonderful Greater Dalton, GA based flooring wholesale client offering a great Customer Service Representative opportunity for you! As the go-to person for retailers, distributors, and internal teams, you will be working normal day-time business hours Monday-Friday. You will go straight to our client, and , depending on experience and ability, you will earn a wage of $18.00-$24.00 per hour. Benefits of this

Duties & Responsibilities Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, portal regarding orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, returns, claims. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Track and manage shipments. Build and manage strong relationships with customers. Proactively communicate delays or issues. Continually improve processes and customer experience. Requirements & Qualifications A minimum of two years customer service experience in the flooring industry is required . Experience with AS400 strongly preferred . Solution-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent phone presence and written communication skills. A sharp, energetic Customer Service pro (such as you!) that can own the customer experience and keep everything running like clockwork should apply today!
