Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain knowledge of sales techniques to effectively promote offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
