Minuteman Press is looking for a CSR/Print Specialist. Our shop is a fast paced print shop that services primarily business-to-business clients.

Required Skills:

Excellent basic math and computer skills Superior customer service and problem solving skills Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience communicating with customers Knowledge of digital printers such as Canon and/or Wide Format Printing. Knowledge of graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Print Production Some Print Estimating Replying to client emails and answering phones Proactively seek to help clients with all their printing Working closely in a team-oriented environment Pay based upon experience.
