Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner Schedule service appointments and relay information to technicians Provide basic information about services. Take messages and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate call and customer records

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred
