Job Description

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to hire at a warehouse located in Forest Park! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate :
$20.00/hour Requirements for
Customer Service Representatives:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: Proficient computer skills is required. WMS, SAP, AS400, and Oracle experience. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask. Customer service oriented. Logistics background is preferred. Knowledge of 3PL is a plus. Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives:
Process orders/receipts: Locate, create, import, and adjust charges appropriately.
Process cycle counts:
Track, adjust, cancel, and/or relocate inventory. Distribute orders and assign inventory locations. Import items and batch item update. Report analysis. Contact Carriers and Customers daily. Communicate and coordinate with co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details:
1st Shift Available! 1st: Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-5:00
