Friendly and Courteous demeanor Basic Computer skills (Internet based programs / Excel Spreadsheets) Greet Customers at car or in reception area Generate Service Orders with customer concerns and create estimates for repairs and maintenance and present to customer for authorization Assist and/or perform duties as outlined by Store Manager Active Delivery of vehicle by reviewing repairs/maintenance services performed Great Customer Service skills required Basic Maintenance Knowledge of vehicles preferred but not required Reliable transportation required
