Lewis Motor Co. is proud to be Georgia s oldest continually owned and operated automobile dealership, serving Savannah and the surrounding communities since 1912. At our Hinesville location, we're looking for a Main Shop Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers. In this customer-facing role, you will own the service experience from start to finish. From greeting customers in the drive lane to coordinating service and explaining recommendations, you will ensure each customer feels informed, respected, and confident in the care of their vehicle. Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the service drive Coordinate and manage service appointments, walk-ins, and workflow to ensure efficient operations Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle status, recommended services, timelines, and next steps Write repair orders and explain the service process in a professional, customer-friendly manner Manage and distribute technician work efficiently to support productivity and timely service Take ownership of the customer experience by providing accurate, timely, and courteous support Work closely with technicians and service leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality results What We re
Looking For:
Vehicle/vehicle repair knowledge and experience preferred Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Solid time management and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with dealership standards Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check Must be at least 19 years of age
