Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in LaGrange, GA. This is a direct-hire position. This is a 1st shift position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with customers by phone or email Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Perform customer verifications Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Direct unresolved issues to designated party Manage customers' accounts Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints Manage administration Follow up on customer interactions
Experience Needed:
High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of administrative procedures including data entry Strong communication skills Problem solving analysis and attention to detail Data collection and ordering Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Basic knowledge of mechanical terms and mechanical parts including bearings, flanges, snap rings, bushings, pumps, etc. Good computer skills in
