We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our LaGrange team. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that combines customer service, administrative work, and facility upkeep. Flexibility is key, as team members may work across multiple LaGrange locations based on business needs.

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time (40 hours per week) Weekend availability required Training at all LaGrange locations Must be open to reassignment between local sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist tenants with accounts and payments Process payments (cash, card, check, money order) accurately Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, trash removal) Prepare and clean vacant storage units Remove abandoned items from units Maintain cleanliness of office and restroom areas Conduct regular property walkthroughs (outdoors in most weather conditions) Complete administrative and computer-based tasks

Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation (required for bank and post office runs) Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day Strong attention to detail and dependability
