This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer order calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers at the pickup window, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Load customer pickup orders, requiring light lifting as needed. Provide accurate information regarding orders, policies, and services. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a courteous and timely manner. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations. Past due account collection/management

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to lift and move light-weight items as part of order fulfillment. Comfortable handling phone calls and assisting customers in person. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to a flexible schedule.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
