We develop and deploy innovative solar and electrical infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the eastern United States. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping us to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure an exceptional experience. This is a great opportunity to launch your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Identify and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores). Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
