A background in handling technical questions regarding order placement, tracking production and product installation scheduling is a huge plus. Must have about 3 years of experience in customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience. Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through product or service processes. Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems. Assist clients with account management tasks such as billing inquiries, payment processing, and updating personal information. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client services and issue resolution. Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently for documentation, reporting, and correspondence. Qualifications Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions is preferred. Familiarity with customer service software, Microsoft Office applications, and data entry processes. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calling while maintaining professionalism. Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service strategies. Basic computer skills including typing speed and accuracy; comfort with technology is essential.
