Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find customer-focused Order Processor & Customer Service Associate in Suwanee, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, supporting shipping workflows, and assisting with customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately enter and process high volumes of customer orders.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and shipping accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, shipping updates, and product information.
• Support customer service operations as needed during peak periods.
• Follow established workflows and procedures while maintaining productivity standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• High attention to detail; accuracy is critical for order entry.
• Ability to maintain speed while ensuring accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Basic understanding of shipping methods and order workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with inventory or order management systems such as Fishbowl.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
• Previous customer service or administrative support experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
